Problem
The device fails to detect a new version or shows a different version than it is available on https://mikrotik.com/download.

Solution
Please make sure your device is resolving correctly our upgrade servers.
Login to your device and follow these steps:
- :put [:resolve upgrade.mikrotik.com]
- Check what does it return, must be any one of the following addresses
- download.mikrotik.com has address 159.148.147.204
download.mikrotik.com has address 159.148.172.226
download.mikrotik.com has IPv6 address 2a02:610:7501:1000::196
download.mikrotik.com has IPv6 address 2a02:610:7501:4000::226 - If not, revise your DNS entry, follow the article for more information: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/DNS
