- Unscrew the lid screw by hand;
- The device accepts 8-30 V Passive PoE from a PoE injector (please compensate voltage for loss due to cable length) or from the power jack;
- Connect the device to the included PoE injector with Ethernet cable;
- Connect the PoE injector into the computer;
- Connect the power adapter to the PoE injector;
- Download the WinBox configuration tool https://mt.lv/winbox;
- There is no default IP address set, user name: admin and there is no password (or, for some models, check user and wireless passwords on the sticker), use the Neighbors tab and connect through the MAC address;
- Once connected configure the device, so it has an active Internet connection https://mt.lv/configuration;
- Upgrade the RouterOS software to the latest version https://mt.lv/upgrade;
- In the "QuickSet, CPE" menu set up the following: Choose your country, to apply country regulation settings;
- Set the antenna gain, depending on the antenna used;
- Set up your router password in the bottom field.
