All MikroTik PSE uses the same PoE-Out pin polarity Mode B 4,5 (+) and 7,8 (-), however other vendors can use opposite or Mode A pinout on PD, this . Reverse polarity would require using a special crossover cable but Mode A PD would require Mode B to Mode A converter.
